What should you be doing right now?

Nine points you can implement today in your business. Ready? Write these ideas down.
Here we go:
1. Implement the "5x5x5 Strategy"
This is five calls. Five texts, five cards every day. Okay. That's one strategy we can implement.
2. Networking
Networking is so important and it's one of the most missed opportunities. We should be doing 1-2 networking meetings a week with somebody in our sphere of influence. Where we're connecting human being to human being.
Ideally you want to go higher than that. But 1-2 would be the minimum. This is going to breakfast, dinner, coffee, drinks, lunch, whatever you pick the event.
The most effective marketing you can possibly do is networking. It'll drive you so many referrals to your bottom line.
3. Events
You should be doing an event at least once or twice a year with your core group, the people that are sending your referrals. I call them your VIP's.
When's the last time you did a client appreciation event? Have you ever done one? Plan for one right now that you're going to implement in the next two to three months. It will blow your mind how many referrals come from a direct result of that. After the meeting, the next month, the next two months, you're going to be flooded with referrals.
4. Personal email
Every day you should be sending 2-3 personal emails to your database that are not necessarily real estate related. You're just connecting with other human beings. Elevating your relationships from down here to up here to friendships. Friends refer friends.
5. Social media
You gotta be more visible. You should be doing one post a day minimum. And then two videos a week minimum. Two stories a week minimum.
All of us should be doing a lot more than that, but that's a starting point. If you're not doing that base amount, get to the base and then start climbing the mountain to get higher.
6. Bulk email
Every one of us should be doing a bulk email to our entire database at least once a month. I'd like to see you do it 2, 3, 4 times a month. But at least once a month where I'm going to put out real value to my client base.
7. Bulk mail
Where I'm going to send out a piece of physical mail to my database so they can see me in different formats. Now I'm touching them through text, through phone calls, through events, through social media.
They're getting something from me in their email inbox. Now they're getting something from me in their physical mailbox. I'm covering all the bases here.
8. Pop by's
We should make a regular habit with our top clients of delivering some seasonal gifts. Just some fun things that we can drop off and drop by.
9. Messaging
Direct messaging through text. Direct messaging through your favorite platform you're on — Facebook, Instagram, voicemails, video mails. There's a lot of different things you can do there.
