Jim Remley has spent his career mastering the art and science of agent recruiting, retention, and brokerage growth. His journey in real estate began at just 19 years old, and within a year, he ranked among the top 1% of REALTORS® nationwide, listing over 150 properties in his first year alone. By the age of 24, he founded his first real estate company, which quickly expanded to 17 offices and became the largest independent brokerage in Oregon.
As a broker-owner, recruiter, and industry leader, Jim has personally hired, trained, and coached thousands of real estate professionals, helping them increase their production, build thriving teams, and scale their brokerages. His hands-on experience in brokerage leadership gives him a unique perspective on what truly attracts top-producing agents—and more importantly, what keeps them engaged and loyal.
Jim has also been a National Association of REALTORS® instructor, he is the co-founder of the Luxury Home Council, and the author of the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) Designation.
