The key is to schedule recruiting as a non-negotiable part of your day. Treat it like an appointment. Just as you scheduled lead generation as an agent, now you’ll schedule time for recruiting—one hour every single day.
When someone asks for your time during that block, let them know:
"Sure, I’ve got 20 minutes, but then I have an important appointment."
You don’t need to explain that the appointment is for recruiting. They just need to know they can have your attention before or after.
Get consistent with your recruiting. Block out time, stick to it, and watch your team and your business grow.
